I think I joined CrossFit No’Ala back in either 2016 or 2017. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made relative to my fitness journey. Crossfit is so much more than fitness, it’s community. And in my opinion this gym, CF No’Ala, is the epitome of that. Head Coach & Owner James Norton is awesome and makes you feel like you’re walking in at Cheers every time you step foot on the property. Head coach James Norton has created an atmosphere and gym that is the standard for the Florence, AL area, as well as all Crossfit facilities across the country. Anyone hesitant, simply look at their Facebook reviews from guests and members that have dropped by. Norton is smart (BS in Exercise Science) with his programming, runs a finely structured class setting, keeps the gym spotless, and has built a great group of coaches around himself. As a former head coach at several different Crossfit affiliates during my time, Norton has done more positive work with No'Ala than I think I or anyone else ever could. Highly encourage anyone interested to visit.
